Fantastic. I called & he came out w/in 30 mins because I was along the way. He tried to repair an old brass door knob instead of telling me to get a new one. He had some parts in his car to make it work & then told me what I should go buy to fix it. He also made a cabinet hinge work until I could get the correct part, which again he told me which one I needed (b/c it was special). He was very nice & honest & helpful. I will definitely call him again!
